Answer to when is - coming real soon.
At what price - check out this page.
What is the reasoning behind this pricing?
Please allow me to get back to you on this in another post. In the meantime, please chew on the pricing and let me know what you think about it.

Wanted to share some interesting ways of how digital signage screens have been installed in Stuttgart Germany. I took these pictures on a recent trip to Germany.
It looks like Germany and indeed the rest of Western Europe is a lot more advanced when it comes to using digital signage. Certainly more than North America and India.
What is interesting to me in this picture is that the sign projectors switch off when the trains arrive at the platform and then switch back on when the trains leave. If you notice, the projects are behind the screens hanging from the ceiling.
Cool!

Many folks have started to ask these very valid question - why free? How will they sustain? What will be the guarantee that this will be free?
Doom sayers have doubted the free model and they will always continue to do the same.
With this post I would like to give out very openly my take on why InfoSignz was relaunched in the free avatar. (more…)

Screen Media India conference for the Digital Out of Home (DOOH) industry was organized by Screens.tv on March 20th in Mumbai Screen media India event was the second conference in India for the DOOH industry. The event received good participation from the digital OOH TV networks. Most of the players - OOH Media, Vjive, Laqshya, Live Media, DSN, Tag Media, Future Media and from technology - Broadsign, DISE, Minicom, InfoSignz, signage live and a many more were present. This time, the event saw greater synergies in thought process of all DOOH players. Everyone looked more learned and more realistic :). Listed below are some serious questions raised and answers to which will be vital for the growth of Indian digital out of home industry -
1. How to build and grow as an industry. What will that one common name / terminology for the industry
2. How to increase participation and acceptance from the media / advertising agencies, mainly the media planners and buyers
3. Evolve matrix for DOOH effectiveness and measurability
4. How to increase participation from mall / real estate owners.
5. Role of technology in DOOH
As a technology company, we feel that if networks and technology companies work together then it will be easier to crack answer to most of the above questions. Hopefully, next few qtr’s should see stronger partnerships among technology and DOOH Networks .
Back to the conference, attached is a photograph of the Screen Media - Technology discussion panel, Topic –The technology perspective: What will the next generation of digital-signage technology offer to media owners, brands and organisational users, and how can we make the most of what we have available today?
Panelists from left to right - Eli Sasson, Chief Executive Officer, Minicom Advanced Systems; Kevin B. Howard, CEO and Co-founder, ICG; Siddharth Sethi, Chief Executive Officer, InfoSignz; Prabhu Venkatesh, Business Manager - digital signage, 3M India
