In our test environment we have found some crashing issues on the viewer side on some of the PCs. It is not the case with all the computers and it’s inconsistent. I guess luck plays a part here
After playing viewer for long duration it crashes showing an error message that points to flash9f.ocx flash plug in. This is because of the compatibility mismatch between the flash plug in and the the browser you are using it with.
This is how the error details for Internet Explorer 6 looks like
After searching on various forums one of the common possibilities for this error seems to be the upgrade to Internet Explorer 7 from Internet Explorer 6 OR vice-verse. User upgrades from IE6 (which already has flash plug in installed) to IE7. This could have corrupt the flash plug in in registry values.
We have not faced any such issues in Firefox. The immediate workaround would be to switch to Firefox for playing the locations. Please install the the Firefox full screen plug in to play the location in full screen mode in Firefox.
If Internet Explorer is the priority, below are some links to the forums which may help you. They talk about a clean installation of flash plugin.

As the world economies heads towards troubled times and as we all brainstorm ways to cut costs and innovate to pass through the economic slowdown. InfoSignz with its revolutionary digital signage software and monthly subscription model is helping clients to fight during these troubled times.
InfoSignz help reduce cash flow requirement for signage software by almost 99% in the first month. Post which as the model is based on monthly subscription, it helps our clients to make revenues from their digital display networks and share a small pie towards InfoSignz as subscription. So in a way InfoSignz is becoming an asset to business (while many of our competing digital signage software providers become huge liability and cash burner)
InfoSignz PRO clearly saves for our clients their vital Vitamin M($), compare this over months, quarters and years.
I started thinking to write and share this when I received an email from a Brazilian client thanking and highlighting this important area to us. Thank you customers!
